● Two college representatives attending the final meeting before Umang will be recognised as the official representatives of their respective colleges for UMANG 2024.
● All participants must carry a valid college identity card from their respective college.
● Participants cannot be changed between prelims and finals.
● The organisers will not reimburse any expenses incurred by the colleges.
● Colleges are required to send in one team to represent their college in each of the events.
● No substitutions will be entertained. If the registered team for the preliminary round qualifies, it must perform in the finals.
● Cross-college or open teams will not be entertained.
● Obscenity or vulgarity in any form will lead to disqualification. If the participant feels that any outfit or performance is vulgar, it is strongly advised to consult the organisers before the performance. In case of any dispute arising due to this, the organisers’ decision will be final and irrevocable.
● The decision of the judges or moderators shall be final and binding for all the events.
● Chewing pan masala, smoking, drinking, or any other related activity is prohibited in the college premises and other event venues.
● Weapons (e.g., chains, knuckles, pen knives, lighters, etc.) are strictly prohibited on the college premises. Flammable and fire-producing objects are strictly prohibited.
● All the given pen drives must be in audio format, named and labelled with their respective IC codes. Management shall not be responsible for any problems related to the same.
● The management shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, etc. of your personal belongings.
● Damaging or tampering with any kind of college property by anyone shall be considered a serious offense and may lead to cancellation of the college participation.
● The prop list and song list must be submitted in Umang’s final representative meeting. Not listing any of the above will result in disqualification.
● Organizers reserve the right to modify the rules and regulations (if required).
● On the Spot Entry (OTSE) is subjected to available slots.
● Rights to admission are reserved.

● All participating colleges must register for events online via the website www.thebhawanipurumang.in/register.
● Events with participant/team limits will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
● The deadline for online registrations is December 11, 2024.
● Withdrawal from any event after registration on the main day will result in negative marking.
● Participants are required to report to the registration desk at least two hours before their event.
● The registration desk will close 30 minutes before the scheduled event time.
● Please note that adding participants is mandatory within 24 hours of registering for the event.

Each college will be awarded the following points for winning any event:

● For securing 1st position – 20 points
● For securing 2nd position – 15 points
● For securing 3rd position – 10 points

Each college will be awarded 2 points for participating in each event.

OTSE teams will not get any participating or winning points.
